One in a Million

2020 Facebook post… My daughter was looking up information on types of dwarfism for a class presentation. Turns out my ex-husband’s type (Achondroplasia, the most common type) occurs once in every 15,000-40,000 births; My daughter’s type (SEDc-Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia Congenita) occurs once in every 100,000; and my type (Kniest Syndrome) occurs once in every million. So apparently, I’m literally “one in a million”. That’s right, folks. #dontbejealous #juststatingthefacts (all in fun)
